Postage and returns
Your artwork will be packaged with great care so that it arrives in perfect condition, whether framed or unframed.
How will my artwork be packaged?
Framed artworks are wrapped securely with shock-absorbing materials and rigid protective covering. Unframed artworks will be sent flat to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
How much will shipping cost?
Ooh! postage and packing costs for UK deliveries are £10 for framed artworks, and £5 for unframed. If you plan on buying more than one framed print please contact me by email.
When will my artwork arrive?
Your artwork will arrive within 10 days from when you place your order. You will receive a courier tracking code once your item has been shipped.
Will I get a discount for multiple purchases?
For multiple unframed artworks there will be no increase to the postage cost. We are not able to offer a postage discount on multiple framed artworks.
Do you ship worldwide?
We can send unframed artworks worldwide - please contact us for a price. We cannot ship framed prints outside of the UK.
We want you to say Ooh! when you receive your artwork and if you’re not satisfied with it when it arrives we will offer you a refund or a replacement, subject to the following conditions:
If your item arrived in good condition but you have changed your mind you can return your item within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund for the price of the product.
- To return an item, please inform us of your intent to return an item via email giving a reason and then pack the artwork and frame securely in the original box and packaging materials.
- For general returns, you are obligated to bear the cost of returning the goods.You will need to return the frame and print back to us so that it arrives in the same perfect condition you received it.
- We will not be able to process a full refund if there are any damages, e.g. if the picture frame is marked or broken, or if the art work itself has been marked, nicked, or creased.
- If your frame (or your art work) arrives in a damaged condition, email us a photo of the damage and say whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund within 3 days of receipt.
- If you select a refund rather than a replacement you will be refunded the full cost of the item and the cost of delivery.
- You will need to return the damaged product back to us by post and send us proof of your postage costs, once we receive the damaged item back, we will send a full refund for the original item and its delivery, plus the cost of returning it to us.
